Fulfilment Policy

Influster provides digital influencer marketing services and does not sell physical products. Our services may include influencer research, creator outreach, partnership management, campaign management, content coordination, and performance reporting.
 

Work begins once the scope, pricing, and payment terms have been agreed upon. Campaign timelines may vary depending on creator availability, client approvals, content production, and other factors. We will communicate expected timelines before starting the engagement.
 

While we work to deliver meaningful results, we cannot guarantee specific numbers of views, engagement, followers, leads, sales, or revenue.
 

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the agreement made with each client. Costs already paid to creators or other third parties may not be refundable.
